General Services Administration is seeking to lease approximately 14,912 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office space in Tacoma, WA

The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 17,148 rentable square feet in Tacoma, WA. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 14,912 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (Usable) square feet, of Class A office space available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous. The parking to square foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and availability of public transportation and adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the offered space. The Delineated Area is within the City of Tacoma, WA: North: Central Business District (CBD) South: South 48th Street West: Union Avenue East: Interstate 5 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2011. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of rental consideration and the offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
