X -- Expressions of Interest in Leasing Space at John F. Kennedy International Airport

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest in the leasing of approximately 4,947 rentable square feet of office and related space located on the grounds of John F. Kennedy International Airport for a ten (10) year term (cancelable after the fifth (5th) year). This is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government?s existing lease expires on August 22, 2008 and the Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, telecommunications relocation and other factors when deciding whether it should relocate.
