Succeeding Lease - Same Location Project No.: 0TN2026 Location: Alcoa, Tennessee NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies 6,147 rsf of office and related use space at 3401 Russ Circle, Alcoa, TN. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source succeeding lease at the existing location for a 10 year term. This is due to the economic benefit, i.e. relocation/moving of personal property, telecommunication relocation, disruption, and tenant improvement costs which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alternations are included as part of the rental consideration. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. The space is required on or before April 10, 2012. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representatives, CB Richard Ellis or Smith Real Estate Services.
