Ft. (ABOA): 1,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,575 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 25 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: •· 1) Space must be contiguous on one floor. 2) The required 25 parking spaces must be able to be fenced and secured. 3) Parking may be split into 10 on-site spaces and 15 off-site spaces that cannot be located further than a ¼ mile drive away. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
