(ABOA): 1,747 Space Type: Flex Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: • Offered space shall have or be able to provide at least one drive-in bay with an entry door that measures a minimum of 12 feet in width by 14 feet in height. • Ceiling height within drive-in bay area must be 15 feet or higher. • A portion of the space is to be used for office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire protection, life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
