Ft. (ABOA): 2,391 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,465 Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Not to exceed 2,921 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): Thirty (30) parking spaced under rental, of which: Four (4) reserved for government vehicles Full Term: Ten Years (120 months) Firm Term: Two Years (24 months) Termination Rights: 120 days’ Notice, in whole or in part after the firm term Option Term: Two (2) Five Year (60 months) turn Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.
