(ABOA): 5,175 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: Years 11-15 Additional Requirements: • Contiguous space. • 3rd floor space or above is preferred. • An unencumbered, efficient, and regularly shaped (i.e., rectangular or square) floor plate with a single center core is preferred. • Ceilings shall be at a minimum 9 feet and 0 inches and no more than 12 feet and 0 inches measured from floor to the lowest obstruction. Areas with raised flooring shall maintain these ceiling-height limitations above the finished raised flooring. • Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) package.
