Ft. (ABOA): 2,644 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3,173 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 21 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 21 spaces Full Term: Ten (10 Years) Firm Term: Two (2 Years) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative. · Class A or B space · Contiguous, above ground, space preferred. · All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
