FY 2015 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO programs benefiting Sri Lankan refugees and returnees in South Asia

(a) Proposed activities should primarily support Sri Lankan refugee populations in Tamil Nadu, India, and refugee returnees in Sri Lanka. Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees and/or refugee returnees.
