Description
The object of a contract arising from this solicitation is to provide the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board with a means of establishing life annuities for retired and separated Thrift Savings plan participants. The contractor shall provide tax-qualified, single premium, immediate annuities for all eligible participants.
