The anticipated dollar value of the proposed Firm Fixed price acquisition is $24,150.00 for a 12-month period of performance (no options). Estimated date of award for this action is September 30, 2009. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source".
