The awardee of the resulting contract must be a Ginnie Mae approved multifamily issuer. The anticipated period of performance is 5 years which may include one or more options. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 523999 (Miscellaneous Financial Investment Activities) with a small business size standard of $21 million.
