Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action – 401(k) Administration and Recordkeeping Services

PLEASE BE ADVISED!!! ***NOTICE ID 529700*** Refer to Solicitation #2031JW23Q00029 "Solicitation of Proposed Contract Action – 401(k) Administration and Recordkeeping Services", which was posted as of 02/28/2023 ___________________________________________________________________________________ The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Office of Acquisition Management, on behalf of the Office of Human Capital, seeks to maintain its recordkeeping and trustee services to administer the agency’s two 401(k) plans for OCC and OTS retirees. The Government anticipates the issuance of a solicitation in accordance with the procedures described in FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government intends to promote competition to the maximum extent practicable, per FAR section 13.104. Per FAR 4.1102(a), the contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time its quotation is submitted. Per the Government’s market research, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 523150— Investment Banking and Securities Intermediation , was identified as the appropriate code for the solicitation. The Government anticipates a contract that would not exceed 126 months, which would include a potential 6-month transition-in period, a 2-year base period, four 2-year option periods, and a potential 3-month transition-out period.
