Lights of Old Broadway Color Preservation

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice to vendors that the Library of Congress intends to place an order for color preservation services against one of three in house Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for External Lab Services. For more detailed information please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for this requirement.
