This is the annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-05-G-A109 with Dowty Propellers-America, 115 Powers Court, Sterling, VA 20166. This notice serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by NAVICP-M for the period of 26 JUN 2008 through 25 JUL 2009 for the evaluation and repair of various components of Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) manufactured and repaired by Dowty Propellers-America. Orders issued under the BOA will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The Government does not possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder.
