Aircraft Wash Services

This contract is for a firm fixed-price contract consisting of a one-year base period and four pre-priced one year options. The base period will run from approximately 01 May 2010 to 30 September 2010. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items and services necessary to perform Aircraft Corrosion Control/Wash Services for C-5 aircraft at Westover Air Reserve Base. Services shall include Aircraft Wash Management Services, Aircraft Wash Services, Aircraft Lubrication Services, and Aircraft Cleaning Services. The forthcoming solicitation will include a listing of facilities, utilities, and equipment the Government will provide. The NAICS code for this requirement is 488190 with a corresponding small business size standard of not to exceed $7,000,000.00 . Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer as outlined in the solicitation. Issuance of the solicitation will be on or about 19 March 2010 and will close on or about 19 Apr 2010. The solicitation will be posted electronically to the Federal Business Opportunites website only. NO HARD COPIES will be sent. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for an updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Any resultant award will include DFARS Clause 252.232-7003, "Electronic Submission of Payment Requests".
