Intent to Award Sole Source: Executive Airlift Mission Planning and Flight Dispatch Support Bridge

The Department of the Air Force, 763d Specialized Contracting Squadron (763 SCONS/PKC) intends to issue a sole source bridge contract to United Airlines, Inc. The anticipated Executive Airlift Mission Planning and Flight Dispatch Support Bridge is a follow-on for these specific services which are currently subcontracted out on contract F33657-01-D-0013. The anticipated period of performance is 01 Jan 15 - 31 Dec 15. The Government plans to solicit and make an award for this requirement to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is not a request for competitive proposals. Solicitation packages are not available. The approved J&A will be posted at a later date.
