M -- Alongside aircraft refueling, bulk storage and distribution, and fuels accounting

Government-owned, Contractor operated (GOCO) Fuel Services, to include alongside aircraft refueling, bulk storage and distribution, ground fuel delivery and fuels accounting within the Kingsville, Texas (NAS Kingsville and NALF Orange Grove) region. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, parts, general and specialized equipment to maintain and operate Government (Navy) owned fuel, facilities and equipment at both locations within the NAS Kingsville region. Contractor furnished refueling vehicles, tools and specialized equipment are required. The estimated performance period is May 1, 2008 through April 30, 2012. Services are currently being performed by contractors. This procurement will be unrestricted.
