19 -- One U.S. Flag vessel with Coastwise Endorsement to support research activities

The Military Sealift Command seeks one U.S. Flag vessel to support the research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) mission of NSWC-PC, Dahlgren Division. It is anticipated the contract will be a 7 day time charter commencing on or about 25 August 2006. It is projected that the vessel will be in Full Operating Status (FOS) for the duration of the contract.
