The U.S. Forest Service is seeking to buy various varieties of pure live seed, (PLS), to re-seed a burned area. In the Ely Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. Seed will be delivered to Ely. (see Request for Proposals/Solicitation when posted, for details). The seed varieties sought are Sandberg Bluegrass (poa secunda) (1405 lbs), Lewis Blue Flax (linium lewisil)(421 lb), Squirreltail (elymus elymoides)(2,810 lb), Indian Ricegrass (achnatherum hymenoides)(3,513 lbs), and Bluebunch Wheatgrass (pseudorogmeria spicata ssp. spicata)(3,512 lb). The seed must meet the applicable certifications. Prices proposed shall be FOB destination. A fully delivered price. This procurement is set aside 100% for participation of small businesses.
