THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: The description of the requested commercial items is as follows: CLIN 0001: 9,000 lbs.  Sandbergs Bluegrass Seed (Poa Secunda), must be identified to an original collection point in Washington State(not necessarily where it was grown), must be from an original collection zoze in Eastern Washington State with annual rainfall of no more than 9 inches, must be free of noxious weeds, must be tested for Pure Live Seed rate; CLIN 0002: 18,000 lbs.  Bluebunch Wheatgrass Seed (Psuedoroegneria Spicata), must be identified to an original collection point in Washington State(not necessarily where it was grown), must be from an original collection zoze in Eastern Washington State with annual rainfall of no more than 9 inches, must be free of noxious weeds, must be tested for Pure Live Seed rate. If the total required amounts cannot be procured from a single vendor at a reasonable price, the Contracting Officer for these requirements may determine that award should be made to multiple vendors. Quotations are due on 22 August 2007 at 2:30:00 PM. Pacific Daylight Time.
