In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the VAMC in Washington DC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Facilities Services Inc. for TempTrak Temperature Alarm System to monitor, alert, and provide corrective actions to be taken in the event of temperature incident. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 423740. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than May 22, 2008 @ 2:00PM, local time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
