The Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center at Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) intends to award a three-year Indefinite-Delivery /Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), vendor managed inventory (VMI) contract for hardware and related-items. The contract will consi st of approximately 150 different items. The bulk of the contract will be commercially available fasteners such as screws, bolts, nuts, and washers. It is planned to set-up VMI operations in three different manufacturing areas. End use is the M119 prog ram. Minimum guaranteed quantity is hardware for 89 units. This will be a limited best value contract. The offerors must have at least three years of VMI experience in contracts of similar size and scope. The VMI experience and past performance will b e evaluated on a Go/No Go basis with the award going to the lowest-price, technically acceptable offeror. Contract will be subject to the Trade Agreements Act. Offerors will not be ranked other than Technically Acceptable or Not Technically Acceptable.
