Idaho Panhandle National Forests, St. Joe Ranger District, Benewah County, Idaho. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation AG-0281-S-07-0026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 423610. A quotation is requested for LINE ITEM 1: certified backpack electrofisher. Specifications are: 24 volt battery powered, weatherproof. Digital display menu, capable of customizing and storing settings for different conditions. Pulse output shall be no greater than 1% increments. Memory settings, no less than 10 storage locations for different voltage and frequency, capable of switching from one voltage or frequency, mid-task. Offer shall include pricing for electrofisher, adjustable shoulder harness, 6? two-piece electrode pole, electrode ring, cathode, batteries, battery charger, waterproof travel and storage case.Required delivery to be made by the successful offeror to the St. Joe Ranger District warehouse located at 1029 Center St., St. Maries, ID 83861 by June 29, 2007. All deliveries shall be made on regular workdays (Monday through Friday) during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), excluding official Federal Government holidays. The provision at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The contract award will be offered to the best value offer made to the Government, considering technical specifications, price, and availability of product. Offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. The clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
