This modifictation to the synopsis is to add Price Pending" Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) to the solicitation. A Price Pending Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) to support sole source items within the scope of the contract that do not necessarily meet the criteria for long term pricing due to low or infrequent demand patterns and are not managed as forecastable items within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Applicable items are identified in the "Price Pending CLIN" portion of the solicitation's Section B spreadsheet. The Government's Required Delivery (GRD) is identified in the Section B spreadsheet along with a place for the contractor to offer a Proposed Delivery. Delivery will be evaluated as outlined in Section M of the solicitation and negotiated prior to award of the basic contract or any potential future add-on items. Upon award of the Basic Contract, the Basic Contract Administrator (BCA) shall inform the Contractor of the address, telephone number, and email address of Price Pending CLIN point of contact to work with on finalization of price.
