For this acquisition, the NAICS code is 541715 and this is a modification to an existing contract for additional supplies or services. The original contract did not include FAR Clause 52.237-3, Continuity of Services or any transition requirements in the PWS requiring the incumbent TLOSS contractor to furnish phasein, phase-out services with the successor. This omission presents a significant concern as the services provided under this contract are considered vital to the Government and must continue uninterrupted. The contract's critical nature stems from the TLOSS contractor's responsibility for essential support functions at the . These functions encompass Development Security Operations, Cybersecurity, Physical Security and Infrastructure Enhancements. The overall scope of effort required under the transition-out phase is based on the existing scope of work with additional emphasis of successfully transitioned-out the required activities and processes to the prime BOSS awardee to ensure effective overall execution.
