Pre-Solicitation Generators 401kW and Above The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Generators-401kW and Above. FEMA intends to establish multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles with delivery orders issued on a firm fixed-price basis for up to 5 years. Prospective offerors shall be required to complete Representations and Certifications online at https://www.sam.gov in response to this requirement. The Government will consider all information from responsible sources that is submitted to the point of contact by 12:00 PM EST on June 30, 2025. Written requests will not be accepted.
