Provide an Injector Cycling Test Station that interfaces with the Minuteman III, Stage III, P116A1 flight control unit servoinjector.

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the government. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation for service or supplies. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted under the same reference number as stated above. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about 26 April 2012 with a closing response date of on or about 28 May 2012. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps on a regular basis for the solicitation along with any amendments. It is the Government's intent to solicit as a 100% small business set-aside. Hill AFB, UT anticipates one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract award for procurement and FOB destination delivery of an Injector Cycling Test Station. Please see the attached draft purchase specification for further requirement details. The draft specification establishes the performance, design, development, and test requirement for the Injector Cycling Test Station, herein referred to as the ICTS. The ICTS will be installed and used in the flight control unit specialized repair area. The purchase specification is in draft format. This is a preliminary view only. Questions concerning the draft purchase specification will be accepted. The final version of the purchase specification will be attached to the solicitation.
