R406--Development of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Procedures

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 07 (NCO 7) DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting for quotes for requirement is for a one-time professional service for the development of equipment-specific Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and delivery of LOTO training on behalf of the VA Atlanta Healthcare System.   The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Procedures. Request for Quote# 36C24726Q0199 for this effort which will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and will be posted to sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or about February 19, 2026. This solicitation will contain all necessary information to quote the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services; with a Small Business Administration size standard of $19 Million.
