SPARES: The following replaces the previous notice in its entirety. This will be a firm fixed price contract for the following item applicable to the UH-1N helicopter, NSN: 1680-01-058-3671GA, Noun: Hoist, High Performance Rescue, Goodrich Corp P/N: 42305R1. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 1 ea and an Option I quantity of 1-2 ea. The proposed contract action is sole source to Goodrich Corporation, Cage Code: 3HRL4. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
