This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-10-G-A751 with CEPEDA Associates, Inc, Louisville, KY and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUP WSS for the period 2014 Nov 12 thru 2014 Dec 28 for the evaluation and repair of various air purifier units, scrubbers and burners such as: NSN 4Y 4460-01-357-3337, Air Purifier Unit; NSN 4Y 4460-01-444-9652, Air Purifier Unit; NSN 2S 4460-01-214-8352 A3, Burner; NSN 7H 6685-01-443-5646, Temperature Control; NSN 7H 4240-01-530-4541, Canister, Carbon Dio; NSN 2S 4460-01-501-5657, Scrubber; and NSN 2S 4460-01-500-4829 Burner. See attached list of applicable NIINs. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP WSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
