20--Design and produce Shock Enclosure for use with SAROS Oxygen System Model 3000

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia Site intends to solicit, on a 100% small business set-aside basis, for the design and production of a shock enclosure suitable for use with the SAROS Oxygen System Model 3000. The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. This buy will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 332710. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil . A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available.
