Contractor to provide at Bldg 734 three (3) economizers for boiler flue gas heat recovery to pre-heat the boiler feed water using the heat in the flue gas. Bldg 853 demo the existing diesel-fired burner on the boiler and provide a new high efficiency burner and draft fan. The economizers shall be installed on one boiler at a time to maintain uninterrupted steam supply to the base, and a temporary boiler will be provided to maintain uninterrupted steam supply in Bldg 853 during burner replacement.
