The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure on a small business set-aside basis, one first article Defuel Manifold for Government evaluation. The Defuel Manifold is integral for the full complement of Support Equipment needed for the initial outfitting of MQ-4C Squadrons to perform preventative and remedial maintenance on MQ-4C Aircraft. This procurement will have export control restrictions. Export control drawings will be available at time of Request for Proposal (RFP). A DD 2345 will be required at time of RFP. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to change the acquisition strategy, based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The government is anticipating Firm Fixed Price contract with options. Pursuant to FAR 19.502-2(a), this acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.
