FY17 Supplemental for National Network Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)

Pursuant to the Further Continuing and Security Assistance Appropriations Act, 2017 (Public Law No. 114-254), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $422,660,892 to cover Operating, Capital, Debt Service and $17,414,618 to cover American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses (for a total of $440,075,510) until April 28, 2017 or the date of enactment of the applicable full year appropriations act for FY17. In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and applicable standard forms.
