RECOVERY - All items being procured under this solicitation are being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION AL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA FSC 54, SIN 361-10H. The Mark Twain National Forest in Missouri is purchasing two precast concrete toilet buildings for two national forest recreation areas. These buildings will replace old existing wooden buildings that are not accessible to people with disabilities and that are in need of major repairs.
