This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2001?24 and DFARS Change Notice 20040625. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. The FISC JACKSONVILLE DET GULFPORT requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Clin 0001 - 128 feet, or 16 eight foot sections, of 88? X 54? class III reinforced concrete arch pipe. The span is 88 inches and the rise is 54 inches. The weight is 1856 lb/ft. Each pipe section in 8 feet long for a total weight of 14, 848 lbs. The pipe sections shall be tongue and groove configuration. Overall pipe wall thickness is 7 inches. The joint length is 6 inches. The groove depth that receives the tongue is 3.188 inches. The groove taper is .525 inches and the groove thickness is 3.287 inches. The tongue thickness is 2.625 inches. The tongue taper is .525 inches and the tongue depth that receives the groove is 3.860 inches. There will be a .56 inch space between the tongue and groove when two sections are joined together. This is where the preformed flexible mastic seal is placed. Request the purchase of four (4) each 88? X 54? flared end reinforced concrete arch pipe, bell and profile gasket.
