FY 2017 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO programs benefiting refugees in Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo

Proposed activities should primarily support refugees in Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Sud-Ubangui, Nord-Ubangui provinces) as outlined below. Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.
