The Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville intends to issue a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to J.G.W. Group Ltd. for fifteen (15) M4 JCAD/LCD3.2e-Simulators. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition because the simulators being acquired are solely manufactured by Argon Electronics Ltd. and the design is proprietary to them. Additionally, J.G.W. Group Ltd. is the exclusive US distributor and only authorized domestic source for said simulators.
