The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to AllCells, Inc. for Pre and post influenza vaccination PBMCs and sera from 5 donors. AllCells is a provider of human primary cells for use in research and clinical efforts. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is purchasing the following items for five (5) donors:: Part 1: Whole Blood MNC, and Serum Day 0 of Flu Shot ● Scheduling 5 donors and administering the Flu 28 days prior to Leuko Pak collection ● Whole Blood, Cryopreserved, Mononuclear Cells, 10M/vial (20/donor) ● Whole Blood, Frozen, Serum, 5mL (1/donor) Part 2: Whole Blood MNC, and Serum Day 7 of Flu Shot ● Whole Blood, Cryopreserved, Mononuclear Cells, 10M/vial (20/donor) ● Whole Blood, Frozen, Serum, 5mL (1/donor) Part 3: Peripheral Blood MNC, and Serum Day 28 of Flu Shot ● Peripheral Blood, Cryopreserved, Mononuclear Cells, 100M/vial (35/donor) ● Whole Blood, Frozen, Serum, 5mL (1/donor) AllCells is the only company that provides custom orders from selected donors with further cell isolation and have high cell counts in each vial. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
