91 -- Damping Fluid

Request For Proposal (RFP) LTC03318015708, Solicitation Number SP0412-04-R-3027 proposes to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long Term Contract for multiple Damping Fluids NSNs, managed in Federal Stock Class (9150). This procurement is set aside for small business conerns. Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin and FOB will be on a destination basis. All four (9) items are proposed to be placed in the stock demand category with established delivery schedules as specified in the solicitation. This initiative does not have Surge and Sustainment or Critical Safety Item Requirements at this time. Provisions for Surge and Sustainment and Critical Safety Requirements will be incorporated into the solicitation, just in case any of these items began to have either one of the aforementioned requirements. The issue and closing dates for this procurement are March 187, 2004 and April 19, 2004 respectively. Note 26 applies to this procurement.
