Pre-Solicitation notice for US Mission in Harare, Zimbabwe country-wide bulk fuel supply and fuel management system.

US Embassy Harare, Zimbabwe has a request for the supply of duty-free bulk fuel from suppliers who can meet the following criteria; 1. Ability to provide reliable supply of duty-free fuel in Zimbabwe. 2. Provide web-based, real-time, fuel management card system to manage supply of duty-free fuel with uniform pricing throughout Zimbabwe. 3. Provide technical support and training for fuel management system. 4. Provide assistance with data analysis of fuel consumption. 5. Nation-wide network of well-maintained, well situated, fuel stations with convenience facilities throughout Zimbabwe. 6. Base year contract with 4 option years.
