Major delivery points include ships at the following locations: FISC Pier (Navy Pier), Broadway Pier, Naval Station, Sub Pier, PT Loma, Continental Maritime, NASSCO, Southwest Maritime, Campbell Shipyard, AWS Pier, Fuel Pier, PT Loma, Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado, CA, and Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, CA. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
