Maintenance and Deactivation of Temporary Housing Units for Oregon DR-1733

The immediate requirement is for a local Small Business contractor to perform the maintenance and deactivation services which include unit maintenance support services to twenty-four (24) mobile homes within the State of Oregon. Contractor support is needed to maintain, manage, and coordinate unit maintenance activities to include performing inspections and preventative maintenance for the purpose of detecting and correcting incipient failures and accomplishing minor maintenance of units. ***NOTE***: This is ONLY a Presolicitation notice. The Solicitation will be posted on Monday, April 14, 2008. All questions will be due to the Contract Specialist via e-mail by COB on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., EST. Answers will be posted via Amendment to the Solicitation on Monday, April 21, 2008. All proposals will be due by 2:00 PM, est on Tuesday, April 29, 2008.
