The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential offerors for Maintenance and Repair of Fences and Gates for Various U.S. Government Installations, Okinawa, Japan. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and management required to perform maintenance and repair Of Fences And Gates For Various U.S. Government Installations, Okinawa, Japan, by means of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Contractor shall install and maintain temporary security during the Course of Work. *********************************************** The Government may award this contract to more than two contractors. The Government will give fair consideration to all awardees in placing orders based on criteria stated in the solicitation. ************************************************* The contract term will be a base period of plus three option years. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee.
