S -- Provide one or two 220 ton Hydraulic Truck mounted mobile cranes with qualified operators

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies and supervision by means of an Indefinite Quantity (IQ) contract to provide one or two 220 ton Hydraulic Truck mounted mobile cranes with qualified operators to assist government personnel with lifting various Government material and equipment. Cranes, operators, rigging gear used to set outrigger pads and assemble counterweights, and operations shall be qualified in accordance with NAVFAC P-307, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR, Parts 1910, 1915, 1917, 1918, 1919 and 1926, Army Corps of Engineers Manual EM 385-1-1 dated 3 November 2003, and PWD PA Instruction 11262.1, Contractor Crane Oversight Specification. The services will be performed at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, Buildings 1029, 20 and 546, Philadelphia, PA 19112. This procurement will be obtained utilizing Sealed Bidding procedures (Invitation for Bid (IFB)). The resultant contract to provide one or two 220 ton Hydraulic Truck mounted mobile cranes will be a Indefinite Quantity Type service contract. IDQ work will consist of task orders consisting labor hours and material issued as directed by the Contracting Officer. The performance period is for one year (twelve calendar months) from 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990. The size standard is $13.0. This solicitation will be issued as UNRESTRICTED---open to large and small business concerns. The availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Specifications WILL NOT be provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM.
