Only contractors who have been awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for construction on the Ouachita and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, will be permitted to submit offers. DESCRIPTION: The successful offeror will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to demolish existing parking lot; build new employee parking lot in same location; build new 10 space parking lot for visitors on west end of building; install new sidewalks; Install new landscaping in accordance with contract specifications, drawings, and attachments.
