The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that NAVFAC EURAFSWA intends to solicit proposals and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Contract for interior and exterior painting for various buildings at the Ablution Unit, Mina Salman and Naval Support Activity (NSA), Bahrain The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation using Source Selection procedures. The solicitation will utilize source selection procedures, which require offerors to submit a technical proposal and past performance, as well as a price proposal for evaluation by the Government. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238320 and the annual size standard is $14,000,000.
