Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment, and supervision required to install ventilation system at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Duluth, Duluth, MN. Work includes the following: Furnish and install a new rooftop indirect fired natural gas heating ventilation unit, HVAC-1. Furnish and install new natural gas piping up to new make-up air unit. Installation shall include power and control wiring, concrete roof penetration, factory fabricated roof curb, ductwork, diffusers and remote control panel. Furnish and install new exhaust fan on Boathouse roof. Installation shall include concrete roof penetration, power and control wiring and factory fabricated roof curb. Furnish and install new Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) in ESD shop. Installation shall include power and control wiring, ductwork, diffusers and sidewall supply and exhaust caps. Remove approximately 1600 square feet of suspended ceiling acoustical tile and suspension system as indicated on contract drawings. Furnish and install approximately 1600 square feet of new suspended ceiling tile and grid to match adjacent ceiling system. Construct a new vertical soffit to encase new ductwork in Weight Room. Undercut 18 doors on first and second floor of Station Building as indicated on contract drawings. Period of performance is 100 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12M.
