Z -- Install 2 PTAC Units (AS-217) and Repair Vent System in the Battery Room (FC-230)

The work includes installing two (2) PTAC Units in Bldg AS-217 and repairing the vent system in the battery room of Bldg FC-230 at New River Air Station and Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, respectively. Proposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 and Size Standard of $28.5 Million. Plans and Specs will be available on or about 21 December 2004. Bid opening date will be on or about 10 January 2005. This solicitation is available in electronic format only.
